The Forty Two is the new model wanted by Eleva Yachts , a boat that follows the principles that inspired The Fifty, one of the few new entries in the crowded medium cruising sector. With a hull length of 12.5 meters and a beam that exceeds 4 the new model promises to be a voluminous hull that will be rich in habitability and performance on the high seas. Once again the research of shipyard and designer ing. Giovanni Ceccarelli is developed in three directions: construction quality, aesthetics, performance. The result will once again be the quest to exceed the most common canons-.

The FortyTwo takes up the aesthetic canons of The Fifty, which with its distinctive line was a voice out of the chorus, a new view in the general homologation of forms that makes one boat look like another. The new boat is designed for fast cruising with the goal of maximum safety and therefore solidity. The outfitting will be declined in different versions, coinciding with sailing attitudes. Mediterraneo will be for our sea, with a simple deck, traditional sail plan with a transom in the cockpit, the possibility of having the self-tacking jib. The Ocean can have the roll bar to which the spray hood and awning can be anchored. The mainsail luff can be anchored on the roll bar, drastically limiting the possibility of contact with cockpit guests. The Ocean is also dedicated to those who want great ease of maneuvering and protection in the cockpit, which will also be equipped with a center table. A third Race version will be the one dedicated to high performance, for those who like simple lofted interiors, love adjustments and even racing.
The standard layout includes three cabins and two bathrooms and can be modified especially for the race version with two aft cabins, one bathroom and forward loft with sail locker and crew berths.
Build quality remains one of Eleva Yachts' strengths; lamination will be by vacuum infusion process carried out with high-quality resins and materials. There will be no structural counter-molds and reinforcements will be made of carbon.
