With S05 comes the second unit of the Manda Yachts shipyard on the same design line as the brand.
A yacht designed for living in contact with the sea.
An original concept in type and style, characterized by an open main deck with large covered and uncovered living spaces.
At the stern there is a large full-beam window that connects the dinette with the outside, creating a unicum with nature.

A strong point of the boat are large open livable outdoor spaces that would only be possible on larger boats.
The design is contemporary in style characterized by an inverted bow.
The hull lines have been designed and validated with CFD calculations to achieve excellent seakeeping and sailing comfort, with a dry hull on deck ; A distinguishing feature is a very deep V at the bow to achieve good shear and passage over the wave, which combine with wide stern exits to have good sustenance and low drag even at low speeds in displacement.
A hull with an exterior design reminiscent of strength and conveying confidence, but at the same time gentle and harmonious in its lines.

The design incorporates a conceptual idea sketched by Giovanni Ceccarelli for the S07 that was then developed during the conceptual and then executive design but without ever losing the original lines.
Two interior versions are planned: *a version with an aft dinette, 1 owner's cabin with large bathroom with independent shower and toilet, and a guest cabin equipped with services .

The entire Manda Yachts line uses Volvo engines with IPS feet.

The S05 is powered with:
* 2 x IPS D6 650 (standard) allowing a maximum speed of 26 Knots.
* 2 x IPS D8 700/800 (optional) that allow a maximum speed of about 32 knots at half load.
In order to improve navigational comfort a gyroscope from Quick is used .

The lamination is made of fiberglass with single skin hull bottom, sides and deck on the other hand are sandwich. The deckhouse is infusion laminated with carbon fabrics to minimize weight .

The construction is entirely made from laminations and fittings in the operational headquarters of the Manda Yachts shipyard in Mondolfo (Italy) .
