S05 — Where Sea and Style Meet
The S05 marks the second unit built by Manda Yachts, continuing the brand’s distinctive design philosophy. This yacht is conceived to offer an immersive experience in direct contact with the sea.

A Concept of Space and Freedom
The S05 introduces an original concept in both type and style, featuring an open main deck with generous indoor and outdoor living areas. At the stern, a full-beam panoramic window connects the dinette to the exterior, creating a seamless flow between yacht and nature.

One of the yacht’s key strengths is its expansive open-air spaces, typically found only on larger vessels. The design is contemporary, defined by a reverse bow that adds character and performance.

Hull Design and Navigation Comfort
The hull lines, developed and validated through CFD analysis, ensure:

Excellent seaworthiness
A dry and stable deck
Smooth navigation even at low displacement speeds
A deep V-shaped bow allows for efficient wave cutting, while wide aft sections provide lift and reduce drag. The result is a hull that conveys strength and safety, yet remains graceful and harmonious in its lines.

From Sketch to Reality
The project is based on a conceptual sketch by Giovanni Ceccarelli, originally developed for the S07. It evolved through the design and engineering phases without ever losing its original essence.

Interior Layout Options
Two interior configurations are available:

A dinette positioned aft
1 owner’s cabin with a spacious bathroom featuring separate shower and toilet
1 guest cabin with dedicated facilities
As with all Manda Yachts models, layout and interiors can be fully customized to meet the owner’s preferences.

Propulsion and Technology
All Manda Yachts are equipped with Volvo IPS propulsion systems, offering efficiency and maneuverability.

The S05 can be powered by:

2 x Volvo IPS D6 650 (standard) 
2 x Volvo IPS D8 850 (optional) 
To enhance onboard comfort, a gyroscopic stabilizer is installed, reducing roll and improving stability.

Construction and Materials
The hull is built in fiberglass, with:

Single-skin bottom
Sandwich construction for sides and deck
Superstructure laminated by infusion with carbon fiber fabrics, minimizing weight and maximizing structural integrity
Construction is carried out entirely at the Manda Yachts facility in Mondolfo, Italy, where craftsmanship and innovation come together.
